While I'm chugging away trying to get OpenSolaris all that it can be, my friend was trying to get a server going with CentOS 5.3. One hiccup for him was trying to mount a HFS+ filesystem from his Macbook. The correct syntax to mount a HFS+ is
>mount -t hfsplus /dev/ //
